Whereas the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee, and the Employee desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth.
The employee vows to the secrecy of the script which will be given to him/her for narrations on violation of which, will cause immediate termination of his/her employment and subjection to punishment by the court of law, fine or both.
The employee vows to not make any change to the script which will be given to him/her for narrations on violation of which, will cause immediate termination of his/her employment and subjection to punishment by the court of law, fine or both.
The employee vows that he/she will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his/her skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of his position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Employee shall comply with all Employer policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the Employer from time to time.
The employee’s duty shall be to make audio recordings of the given script and send the audio files to the corporation within the date and time specified by the corporation. He/she is allowed to keep a copy of his/her audio recordings but not the script, neither is he/she allowed to publish/use the audio files by any means without getting consent from SCRIVIAL | GROUP & MEDIA HOLDINGS. Violation of which will cause immediate termination of his/her employment and subjection to punishment by the court of law, fine or both.
SCRIVIAL | GROUP & MEDIA HOLDINGS agrees to pay the employee, a sum of $8 (USD) per video. The amount can be subjected to change as felt necessary by the corporation but the employee shall be informed at the least 24 hrs prior to the change.
The employee has the liberty to provide his/her own suggestions to the corporation but the corporation is not under any circumstances, liable to consider it.
The employee has the liberty to leave the employment any time he/she feels like unless, he/she completes his/her last pending work and after notifying the corporation at least 48 hrs ahead, violation of which, will cause immediate termination of his/her employment and subjection to punishment by the court of law, fine or both.
The employee is required to deliver his/her work punctually and unless for a valid reason (as felt by the board of the corporation), delay in delivering his/her work may cause immediate termination of his/her work, without any prior notice or the payment promised.
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the employment of the Employee by the Employer and shall be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both of the parties hereto.
The parties hereto agree that in the event any article or part thereof of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining provision shall remain in full force and effect.
